Our Vessel was Calling TRINIDAD for Class Annual Survey and we had to Complete our Annual Surveys at TRINIDAD CHAGUARAMAS
Anchorage on 22nd and 23rd October’2022. We had got details of the all the Service Companies except the ELEVATOR Service
Company. During this time, We received a Message from Mr.TIMOTHY JONES of ARDANT Solutions Limited. Self Called Mr.TIMOTHY
JONES Jones immediately and Provided all details required for the Service and later Mr.JONES agreed to do come on board and Carry
out the Service. On 22nd October’22, Mr.TIMOTHY JONES along with his Partner Ms. GAYTRI RAMPERSAD attended the Vessel for the
ELEVATOR Service.
They Carried out the Service on the Vessel in a very Organized manner and attended each and every Sections of
the Elevator with regard to Checking the Parts of the Elevator, Traction Machine, Motor, Control Panel & Cage, CWT, Sheave & Rail,
Car & CWT Governor and the Main Wire Ropes. We found them to very Professional and Systematic in their approach toward the
work. Upon Completion of the Service, Ship Staff checked the Elevator and Same was found to working smoothly. Later the Annual
Servicing Certificate was delivered to the Vessel. During the Interaction with them after the Service, we found both of them very
Professional and their main Motto was Customer Satisfaction.
